Instructions to make Gajar ka Murabba:
  1. Wash and peel the skin of carrots. Now cut it into thin slices and remove the hard white part.
  2. Add carrots, sugar and water and let it cook till it becomes tender.
  3. Add cardamom powder and saffron, mix it well and let it cook for 2 minutes more.
  4. When it becomes cool fill it in a glass jar and close the lid tightly. Your Carrot Murabba is ready to serve.
  5. Tip:- If sugar syrup becomes thick add some boiling water and reheat it or just put the jar into Sun.
