  1. Take 1 kg Aaam khathy methy
  2. Make ready 1 kg Sugar
  3. Make ready 4/5 White elachi
  4. Prepare 2/3 Dar chine
  5. Get 1 pinch Food colour

Instructions to make Aaam ka murabba:
  1. Aaam ko peel off krly (jesa AP chahey though mene khuraj k banaya he)
  2. Pan me ek cup Pani daly or aam dal Dy jb soft ho Jey tu dry krly
  3. Sugar me do cup Pani daly darchine or elachi dal KR sheera bana ly
  4. AB aam or sheera mix krly food colour dal dy
  5. Tarnsparent ho Jey tu ready hy

Aam ka Murabba (Mango Jam) is easily made with few ingredients. Murabbas are used as medicines for many ailments in traditional Indian medicines. Aam Ka Murabba is made from Raw mangoes. Like mangoes, (Safeda, Dusseri, Langda etc), raw mangoes too come in many varieties. Type Of Mangoes Used or Murabba 'Ramkela' is good for making mango pickles whereas for making Murabba, 'Rajapuri' raw mangoes are best.
