It can be made easily at home using any variety of guava, be it pink or white. To make pulp at home, first clean, peel and chop the guava into pieces. Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds to it. These foods fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods as well. Feeling starved can be a real downer! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are not difficult to digest. You digest these grains quicker than other foods which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.
Your mood could really be helped by green tea. You just knew green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea has been found to be rich in an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies prove that this particular amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also loosening up the rest of your body.
