  2. Take 1 kg sugar
  3. Make ready 2 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp saffron

Steps to make Raw mango murabba:
  1. Wash the mangoes, soak them in water for 12 hours, remove the mango from the water, dry the water. Peel nicely and Cut big pieces from the mangoes.
  2. Make holes in the mango pieces from fork. Take a lot of water in a vessel, put salt in the water, dip the mangoe pieces into this water, keep it for 12 hours or overnight.
  3. Wash mango pieces from fresh water twice t Keep them in a strainer to remove water - Keep warm so much water in a utensil that the mango is boiled in it, after boiling in water, add the pieces of mangoes to the water, Let them boil for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Take out mango pieces from the water and remove all the water. Put mango pieces in a wok add saffron and sugar cover with a plate and keep on for 2 days,. The juice of sugar has become,
