Mostly, people have been taught to think that “comfort” foods are terrible for the body and have to be avoided. However, if your comfort food is candy or junk food this is true. Other times, though, comfort foods can be totally healthy and it’s good for you to consume them. There are some foods that really can improve your moods when you eat them. Studies have shown that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while at the same time calming your body. You already knew that green tea helps you be better. Now you know that green tea can improve your mood also!
