  1. Get 250 grams carrots
  2. Prepare 1 cup sugar
  3. Make ready 1 teaspoon elichi powder

  4. Ek pan me sugar,4 cup water mix kare or sugar melt hone ke bad carrot pieces ko add kare,elichi powder mix kare or15 min.slow flame per boil kare or
  5. Serving dish me nikalkar uper se chopped pista se garnish kare
