  4. Prepare 1 Finely chopped onion

  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  7. Take 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon Ajwain
  9. Get 1 teaspoon Salt
  10. Take 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  11. Make ready 5 Cheese/ paneer pieces

  3. Now heat oil in a pan at medium high flame.
  4. Cover holes on golgappe with paneer/ cheese piece and dip golgappa in besan batter and fry till golden brown.
