  1. Amla ko achhe se wash karein. Than fork ki help se hole karein charo taref se. Than water me lime daale. Aur usme fork kiye hue amle ko daale 6 hours ke liye. After than usse half boil karein. Than paani se nikal kar ek pan me sugar aur amla dono ko daal kar slow flame per rakhe. Aur beech beech me chalate rahein. 30 se 40 minute me jab amla pak jaye aur ek taar ki chasni banne lage to use utaar le.Ab Elaichi pawder daal kar 1 din rakh de. Next day ready to eat.
