The ingredients needed to make Aam ka murabba:
  1. Take 1 kg mango
  2. Take 1 kg sugar
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup water

Murabbas are used as medicines for many ailments in traditional Indian medicines. Aam Ka Murabba is made from Raw mangoes. Like mangoes, (Safeda, Dusseri, Langda etc), raw mangoes too come in many varieties. Type Of Mangoes Used or Murabba 'Ramkela' is good for making mango pickles whereas for making Murabba, 'Rajapuri' raw mangoes are best.

Steps to make Aam ka murabba:
  1. Murbba ke liye kachy aam leny hain unko achi trhan dho kar peel off kar lain or apni mrzi ke style main cut kar lain.
  2. Ab 1 pan main sugar, water or aam ko dal kar medium flame par chamch hilaty rhain jab tak chini mix na ho jay. Jab chini mix ho jay to usy dhak kar 20 minute ke liye medium flame par cook hony dain.
  3. Ab kisi plate main chashni ko thora sa dalain or ungli py lagakar check krain agr to chini ki chas main tar ban rhi ho gi to iska mtlb hmara murabba blkul ready hai.
  4. Flame off kar ke thanda hony dain jab blkul thanda ho jay to kisi shishy ke jar main dal kar fridge main store kar lain.
