Steps to make Turai ka salan💙:
  1. In a pressure cooker, put all the Chopped vegetables, add all three mentioned spices
  2. Add 1 glass of water
  3. Cover the cooker for good 10 min, then remove the lid and let the remaining water get dry
  4. Once all water is dried,stir the salan on low flame. So that oil comes out of it.
  5. Healthy and yummy sabzi is ready within 30 min, ❤️
