The ingredients needed to make Ridge Gourd Subzi (Turai):
  1. Take 1 medium sized Ridge Gourd
  2. Make ready 7-8 Garlic cloves
  3. Prepare 1 tsp Oil
  4. Get 1/2 tsp Jeera
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Take to taste Salt

Instructions to make Ridge Gourd Subzi (Turai):
  1. Chopped ridge gourd into small pieces.
  2. Heat the pan with oil. Add chopped garlic, jeera and turmeric powder.
  3. Add chopped ridge gourd, red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well. Cover it. No need to add water. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with Roti or Paratha.
