  1. Make ready 1/2 kg kg turai
  2. Get 5-6 tomatoes puree
  3. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. Take 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 1tsp red chilli powder turmeric
  6. Make ready 1tsp coriander powder
  7. Take as per taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1/2tsp kitchen king masala
  9. Take 3tsp ghee
  10. Get 1/2 lemon juice
  11. Make ready 1 cup water

Instructions to make Khatti turai:
  1. Peel and cut Turai in small pieces.. In kadai add ghee.. Than add Turai and cook untill soft.. Now add all spices as mentioned above
  2. Now add tomato puree and salt mix well.. Now add kitchen king masala
  3. Turai also gets separates from water so more water can smash vagetable so we need to add water frequently.. Let it cook on simmer for 10 minutes later add lemon juice and mix well
  4. Now Turai is ready serve enjoy it with chapati😊
