  2. Ab aik pan me oil daal kar piyaz and sukhi lal mirch ko light pink kar
  3. Ab is me turai,timater,lal mirch, haldi daal kar medium flame pe dhak kar pakain
  4. Jab ye apne hi pani ne achi gal kar tayyar ho jaye to is me green chilli and namak daal kar 2,3 minutes ke liye dhak dain
  5. Jab oil upper ajaye to flame band kar dain and dish out kar lain
