  1. Make ready 2cup- turai ka chilka
  2. Prepare 1/2cup -Black gram(soaked)
  3. Get 2 - onion chopped
  4. Prepare 1tbsp -ginger-Green chilli chopped
  5. Prepare 5 cloves-garlic
  6. Make ready 1tsp -garam masala powder
  7. Make ready 1/2tsp- red chilli powder
  8. Get to taste Salt

Steps to make Turai ke chilke ke kabab:
  1. Wash and peel the skin of turai and keep it in bowl.remove water from soaked black gram.
  2. In a cooker add turai skin,black gram,Ginger,Green chilli,garlic, onion,garam masala powder, Red chilli powder,Salt and 2 cup of water. Cover and cook it for 3-4 whistles.
  3. After releasing the pressure open the lid.now grind the ingredients in the food processor and make a smooth paste.
  4. Greased your hands and Make medium sized kabab from the paste. Heat2 tbsp oil in a pan.keep all prepared kebaab on pan and cook. Cook in medium flame.
  5. Flip and cook it another side.cook till golden brown in colour and crispy both the sides.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot turai ke chilke ke kebaab with roti, onion and green chutney.
