The ingredients needed to make Shahi turai:
  1. Get For paste
  2. Get 1 tbsp oil
  3. Prepare 2 small cinnamon
  4. Take 1 bay leaf
  5. Make ready 3 cloves
  6. Get 3 pepper corn
  7. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Take 1 green chill
  9. Make ready 1 big onion finely chopped
  10. Make ready 2 medium onion
  11. Get For gravy
  12. Get 1/2 tbsp oil
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  14. Make ready 1/2 cup milk
  15. Take 5-6 turai(luffa acutangula)
  16. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  17. Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  18. Prepare Pinch turmeric powder
  19. Take to taste Salt
  20. Get 1/2 tsp kasturi methi

Steps to make Shahi turai:
  1. Take a pan add oil, cinnamon, cumin seed,bay leaf,green chilli,cloves,peppercorn and saute for 1 min than add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onions and saute for 2 min than add finely chopped tomatoes add salt in it saute for 2 to 3 mins let it cool,make a paste in mixer and sieve it in a bowl.
  2. Again take a pan,put oil in it.peel turai and cut them medium size.Saute it for 6 min till become soft. Take a pan,put oil in it,add cumin seed,paste,red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder,mix it well,add milk and saute for 5 min thsn add turai in it and saute for 2 min and add karuri methi and garnish with cream.

Fry till they turn golden brown. Add chopped turi,turmeric powder and salt. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till they turn soft. Pressure cook it till vegetable is cooked. Shahi Chicken or Shahi Murgh is easy chicken curry made with mild spices and cooked in creamy almond, cashew paste.
