The ingredients needed to make Turai ki sabzi:
  1. Take 1 kg turai
  2. Make ready 2 Timater
  3. Get 1/2 cup oil
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp haldi
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp Kutti lal mirch
  6. Make ready 1 tsp zeera
  7. Get 1 tsp lehsan, adrak paste
  8. Get 4-5 Hari mirch chop
  9. Get 2 tsp hara dhaniya

This exact same method can be used to make a curry with Sponge Gourd, called Gilki ki Subji in Hindi or with Zucchini, also called Courgette. However, the neutral taste of the Turai/Ridge Gourd absorbs all other flavors wonderfully and makes the dish yummy.   2. Oil man zeera fry karin.phir adrak, lehsan paste Dal ke fry karin as ke baad turai Dal ke 2 minutes fry Karin
