These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your blood glucose which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.
Green tea is truly excellent for your mood. You were sure green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is rich in a particular amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also calming the rest of your body. You probably already knew it is not difficult to be healthy when you drink green tea. Now you know that it helps you to raise your moods as well!
