The ingredients needed to make Turai ki sabzi:
  1. Prepare 500 gm turai
  2. Get 2 onion
  3. Prepare 8 hari mirch badi
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
  5. Make ready 1 tsp haldi powder
  6. Get 1 tsp salt
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp adrak lahsan paste
  8. Prepare 1 tomato
  9. Take 1 cup oil

Steps to make Turai ki sabzi:
  1. Turai cut kar lein - Piyaz tomato hari mirch cut kar lein
  2. Pan me oil garam karen or piyaz dal kar soaty karen
  3. Haldi dalen mix karen or turai dalen or mix karen 2 minutes
  4. Ab lal mirch salt adrak lahsan paste dalen mix karen 1 minutes
  5. Tomato or hari mirch dalen or 4 tbsp pani dal kar low flame par turai galne tak pakayen
  6. Turai gal jaye to bhun lein oil uppr ajaye to chulha band kar dein - Turai tiyar he
  7. Dish me nikal kar serve karen
