The ingredients needed to make Turai ki sabzi:
  1. Take 4-5 Turrai
  2. Prepare 2-3 Tomatoes
  3. Make ready 1 Onion
  4. Take 1-2 Green chilli
  5. Make ready Corriender as required
  6. Get 1 tbsp Zeera
  7. Prepare Turmeric powder halftsp
  8. Make ready Red chilli flakes halftsp
  9. Prepare 2 tsp Bhuna masala
  10. Make ready to taste Salt
  11. Get G. G paste halftsp
  12. Get Oil halfcup

Steps to make Turai ki sabzi:
  1. At first chopped the veggies.
  2. Then in a pan pour oil and then cumin and onion
  3. Then chopped tomatoes and add chopped green chillies, all spices mention above and g.g paste then pout them in the pan
  4. Now broil them well for almost 3 min then add chopped turrai and cover the pan until it was done then serve with corriender garnish..
