  1. Firstly take a cooking vessel, and heat oil and heat it.into it add turai which is cut into pieces and washed well add the toamatoes.
  2. Add salt red chiili powder turmeric powder.mix it well and cook untill turai gets soft
  3. Keep checking and oil starts apperaing that says the currt is done well and perfect to be served.
