The ingredients needed to make Turai gosht:
  1. Prepare 1 kg Turai
  2. Prepare 1/2 kg Gosht
  3. Make ready 1/4 kg Onion
  4. Make ready Turmeric -little
  5. Take 10-12 Green Chilli
  6. Prepare Garlic according to chilli
  7. Make ready Salt
  8. Get Coriander leaves
  9. Get 2 big Spoon Oil

Instructions to make Turai gosht:
  1. Boil mutton with salt,turmeric and onion
  2. Cut turai in round shape,make green chilli garlic paste
  3. Heat oil put mutton and chilli garlic paste fry it till raw Smell vanish and oil seperates
  4. Put turai,salt and water let it boil till turai is tender
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves
