  1. Get Ridged Gourd (Turai) 2 large chopped
  2. Get 5 tbsp Oil
  3. Prepare Onion 1 large chopped
  4. Make ready Tomato 1 large chopped
  5. Take Salt 1 tsp or as per taste
  6. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. Take Green chilli 1 chopped
  9. Take Coriander or parsley for garnish
  10. Get 1 1/2 cup Water

  2. In a pot heat oil, now add onions.
  3. SautΓ© the onions.
  4. Add tomatoes
  5. And spices.
  6. Now mix well.
  7. Add some water to make the onions and tomatoes pastey.
  8. Then when onions and tomatoes are mashed. Add Ridged gourd and mix well. Add 1 cup water and cook on low flame. Until sauce is made.
  9. Chop the coriander or parsley.
  10. When done serve hot.
