  4. Take 1 spoon mustard oil

Instructions to make Kali turai ke chilkon ki sabji..:
  1. Wash and cut burai chilke in small pieces… Peel,wash and cut potatoes in small cubes… Cut onion.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker… Add cumin seeds, hing, onion… When it turns red add turmeric and chilli and coriander powder… Now add burai chilka and mix for 1 minute…..On low flame
  3. Now add potato and salt and again mix well fir 1 minute
  4. Cover the cooker….And leave for 2 whistle….
  5. After 2 whistle switch off the flame…
  6. Open it….Add garam masala…And serve😋😋
