Instructions to make Appe golgappa:
  1. Firstly take 2 cup soji and soak it in lukewarm buttermilk for 20 minutes
  2. After 20 minutes take sooji's better in a mixing bowl and add ginger chili and garlic paste, carrot, capsicum, onion and salt give it a nice mix
  3. Add grated cheese I'm using frozen chhese now so I'm crumbling it
  4. Now heat a appam pan add lil oil in all sections and fill better evenally and close the lid
  5. Kept your flame in medium high
  6. When your appam looks golden brown and crisp flip it on other side and Cook it also an medium High flame for 8 to10 minutes
