The ingredients needed to make Turai Ki Sabzi:
  1. Prepare Half Kg Turai
  2. Get 3 medium size Onion
  3. Get 3 medium size Tomatoes
  4. Make ready 5-6 Green Chillies
  5. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  9. Prepare Half cup Oil
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

This exact same method can be used to make a curry with Sponge Gourd, called Gilki ki Subji in Hindi or with Zucchini, also called Courgette. Instructions to make Turai Ki Sabzi:
  1. Subse Pehle Turai ko achy say wash karlen or Turai ko cut karlen, piyaz ko tamatar ko bhi cut karlen.
  2. Subse Pehle half cup Oil ko garam Kar ke is main piyaz ko pink hony Tak fry Karen phir is main Turai ko dal ke fry Karen.
  3. Phir is main tomatoes green chillies or tamam masala dal ke mix karlen
  4. Achi tarhan mix karne ke baad isko low flame per cook Karen
  5. Turai apne hi Pani main gal jati hai phir isko khub achi tarhan bhoon lein. Last main 1/2 tsp garam masala dal ke flame off karden.
  6. Mazedar Turai ki Sabzi ready hai paratha ya roti ke sath enjoy Karen😋😍
