  4. Make ready 5-6 curry leave
  5. Prepare 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Make ready 4 potato cut in small shape
  7. Prepare 5 tomato chopped

  9. Prepare 2 tbsp dhanya powder
  10. Get 1 tbsp laal mirch
  11. Get 1/4 tsp haldi
  12. Make ready to taste salt
  13. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala

  2. Phir us me potato dal kar fry karen or 3 mint tak dhak kar rakh dein is tarha aloo thore gal jaen g.phir os me turai add karden.
  3. Phir us me tamam masle or tomato dal kar pakaen….or phr dhak kar rakh dein.
  4. Phir check karen ke aloo or turai gal jaen or salan me oil uper ajae is ka matlab salan tayar hai.
  5. Iss turai aloo ke salan ko roti ya yellow khichdi ke sath serve kar sakte hain.
