  6. Get 50 grams cooking chocolate 50 gram tetra pack cream
  7. Prepare 1 tsp coffee 3 crushed Oreo biscuits
  8. Take For filling and coating
  9. Get 1 cup chocolate chip Sprinkles
  10. Prepare Crushed dry fruits Bounties

Instructions to make Oreo chocolate golgapppa:
  1. First of all we make golgappa.Take it.
  2. Cover it with a samp cloth and keep aside for 20-25 minutes. - - Remove the cloth and knead again until smooth texture. - - Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Take each portion and give it a round shape like ball. Press it between your palms and place on rolling board.
  3. Roll it out using a rolling pin into round shaped roti with thickness like phulka roti or chapathi (approx 1-2 mm). Do not roll it very thin or very thick. If it is very thin then puri will not puff up while deep frying and if it is thick then puri will not turn crispy after deep frying. Hi
  4. Make small round puris by cutting it using a round shaped small lid - - Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame for deep frying. When oil is medium hot, take 5-6 puris and slide them gently in oil (do not drop them together – do it one after another). Press each puri a little with spatula (to puff them up). Deep fry them until crispy and light golden brown.
  5. Now make ganash.Melt cooking chocolate on double boiler then add cream and coffee and crushed Oreo biscuits
  6. Now coating and filling.Now melt the coooking chocolate.now dip the golgappa 1 by 1 coat completely. - And coool I fridge for 5 min.
  7. Now fill with Oreo chocolate ganash, chocolate chips,sprinkles,dry fruits and bunties.
  8. Now ready your yummy crunchy Oreo chocolate Golgapppas with cupa of coffee
