  1. Heat oil temper nigella and green chilli chopped
  2. Add turai slices saute well
  3. Cover it till the moisture dries up
  4. Add salt and turmeric powder and fry
  5. Finally add sugar and coconut
  6. Mix everything well and switch off the flame
  7. Serve it with plain rice and daal
