The ingredients needed to make Cheesy Puchka Chaat:
  1. Get 10 Golgappa
  2. Take 1 tsp butter
  3. Prepare 1 tomota chopped
  4. Take 1 Onion chopped
  5. Get 1 potato boiled and diced in small pieces
  6. Take 1 Capsicum- one chopped very thinly
  7. Prepare 1 cup Sweet Corn
  8. Get 2 Amul cheese cube
  9. Make ready cup Mozerrela cheese/-1/4
  10. Make ready tbsp Tomato sauce-1
  11. Get 1 tbsp Peri peri sauce
  12. Get 1 tsp Oregano
  13. Get 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  14. Take To taste Salt
  15. Make ready 1/4 tsp Pani poori Masala

  1. Heat oil in a pan, Add onion fry till translucent. Add boiled,capsicum,tomato,corn Mix well
  2. Cook for few minutes Add chilli flakes,oregano. Remove from heat
