The ingredients needed to make Cowboy Cookies:
  1. Make ready 1 cup Butter or shortening
  2. Make ready 1 cup Brown sugar (packed)
  3. Make ready 1 1/2 cup Flour
  4. Take 1 tsp Salt
  5. Take 1 cup Sugar
  6. Take 2 Eggs
  7. Make ready 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Baking soda
  9. Prepare 3 cup Oatmeal
  10. Get 1 packages Chocolate chips (12 ounce)

Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips. Transfer cookies to racks to cool completely. Here is an adaptation of that. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, cream the shortening, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

Instructions to make Cowboy Cookies:
  1. Cream together shortening and brown sugar
  2. Add flour and salt mix until well blended
  3. Add sugar and mix until well blended
  4. Add eggs, vanilla and baking soda mix until well blended
  5. Stir in oatmeal
  6. Stir in chocolate chips
  7. Dough will be thick. You can use a hand mixer until you add the oatmeal after that you must rely on our own strength. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 to 14 minutes depending on how big you like your cookies. Recipe can be doubled!!

Cold water fish are great if you would like to be in a better mood. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, etcetera, they’re all chock-full of omega-3 fatty acids and DHA. DHA and omega-3s are two things that actually help the grey matter in your brain run a lot better. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can earnestly elevate your mood.

Some grains are truly wonderful for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all excellent for helping you feel happier. These foods fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods too. Feeling hungry can be terrible!
