The ingredients needed to make 2x4 Cowboy Stew:
  1. Prepare 2 lb ground chuck
  2. Take 2 can Chili Beans
  3. Prepare 2 can Minestrone Soup
  4. Take 2 can Ro-tel Tomatoes

Season with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. This is delicious and very easy to make! I like making this because it's tasty and it makes plenty of leftovers for later in the week.

Steps to make 2x4 Cowboy Stew:

  4. Heat through and serve with a little cheese on top and some crackers or bread and you've got supper. It ain't fancy, but its quick, cheap, and hearty…Bone Appatitee….

This is delicious and very easy to make! I like making this because it's tasty and it makes plenty of leftovers for later in the week. And it's even better heated up a day or two later!
