The ingredients needed to make Cowboy cookies:
  1. Get cinnamo
  2. Prepare 3 cup flour
  3. Take 1 tbsp baking powder
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp baking soda
  5. Get 1 tbsp cinnamon
  6. Get 1 tsp salt
  7. Take 1 1/2 cup butter room temperature
  8. Prepare 1 1/2 cup sugar
  9. Get 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  10. Prepare 3 eggs
  11. Get 1 tbsp vanilla
  12. Prepare 3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  13. Get 3 cup old fashsion rolled oats
  14. Prepare 2 cup coconut
  15. Make ready 2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions to make Cowboy cookies:
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. ungreased baking sheets.
  3. Mix flour, baking power, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in bowl.
  4. In a 8 quart bowl, beat butter in medium speed until smooth and creamy for 1 minute. Gradually beat in sugar; beat to combine, 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Beat in vanilla, stir in flour mixture until combined. Add chocolate chips, oats,coconuts and pecans.
  5. you can drop 1/4 cup dough 3 inches apart and bake 17-20 minutes. Or make smaller cookies and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until. edges are lightly browned. Room cookies from sheet and place on rack to cool.
