  2. Get 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. Take 1 medium onion
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  5. Take 1 1/2 tbsp worcestor sauce
  6. Make ready 2/3 cup clamato juice
  7. Take 2/3 can tomato sauce
  8. Prepare 1 pinch salt
  9. Make ready 2/3 cup brown sugar

Steps to make COWBOY'S Tangy BBQ Spare Ribs:
  1. preheat oven to 350°
  2. sear meat in hot sauce pan just until lightly browned on each side.
  3. place ribs in a lightly greased baking dish and place in preheated oven
  4. chop onion finely and carmelize over medium heat in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients to sauce pan and simmer over low heat, stirring often.
  5. after 30 minutes, add sauce to ribs, and continue to cook uncovered for 1 hour.
